R2 Rapid Response
Szanca Solutions, Inc is a team member of the Lockheed Martin Corporation, a BAH Prime.
The R2 contract is available to all Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, as well as any other federal agency. The contract scope of work includes programs and services that support aircraft, tracked and wheeled vehicles, ground support equipment, shelters and the war fighter. R2 provides the means for the timely delivery of parts, subassemblies and assemblies that are difficult to procure due to outdated technologies, lack of engineering data, and/or limited quantities to be acquired. The contract provides direct support for design, integration, testing, modifications, maintenance, configuration management, quality assurance, system safety, hazardous material management, technical and engineering data management, support and analysis, packing, handling, storage, marking and transportation of said parts, subassemblies and assemblies. In addition, it provides for contractor logistics support, acquisitions support, training, studies and analysis to support rapid response efforts.
The Scope of R2
The R2 Statement of Work is deliberately broad in scope to allow for the greatest flexibility in responding to federal contracting needs. R2 offers the following services:

Who can use it?
Any Federal agency, office, activity or department, to include the foreign military sales (FMS) programs, are eligible to use the contract. Concerning homeland defense projects, the services/equipment described in our scope may be provided in support of both federal and non-federal government platforms, systems, subsystems and items, provided a federal account is used to fund the effort.
NSA Set-Aside for Small Business (NSETS) II
Szanca Solutions, Inc is a Tier 1 Prime Contractor on the NSETS II Program.
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an NSA Set-Aside for Small Business (NSETS) II Tier 1 contract. This contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract and has abase period of three years with a three year option period to provide support in five functional areas: Business and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Services, Engineering Service, Information Technology Services, Operations Support Services, and Training Services. The contract award, with a ceiling amount of $800M gives Szanca Solutions the right to bid on all delivery orders encompassing work in any of the five functional areas.

VETS GWAC Prime Contract

The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded ASI prime contracts in both functional areas of the Veterans Technology Services Government-wide Acquisition Contract (VETS GWAC) for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This five-year contract will be the major vehicle for implementing Public Law 108-183 that establishes a goal of three percent of the value of all federal procurements for SDVOSBs and the President's Executive Order 13360, Contracting with Service-Disabled Veterans Businesses.
The objective of the VETS GWAC is to provide civilian agencies and the Department of Defense (DoD) the ability to obtain a broad range of comprehensive IT support services in a timely and cost-effective manner under a multiple award contract. Naval Seas Systems Command (NAVSEA) Seaport-e

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) procures over a half billion dollars of Professional Support Services (PSS) each year for its headquarters' Directorates, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), and field activities. In order to meet the Navy strategic sourcing wedge, NAVSEA committed to $250M in savings by procuring PSS more efficiently.
SeaPort Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) are designed to include all aspects of professional support services (SeaPort MAC) and Engineering, Technical, & Programmatic Support Services (SeaPort-e MAC) as required by the Virtual Systems Command, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field affiliates.
Generally, SeaPort MACs provide vehicles to procure engineering, technical, programmatic, and professional support services for authorized users through all phases of ship and weapon system life cycle - technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal. The scope of the contracts also includes professional support services to assist in the development, review and execution of search and salvage, diving, underwater ship husbandry, and pollution control program areas.
USAMS II

Description:
The USSTRATCOM Systems and Mission Support (USAMS) is a 5-year, multiple-award contract that allows USSTRATCOM, headquartered at Offutt AFB NE, to conduct quick response competitions for widely scoped mission support.
Overview:
USAMS supports all missions and tasks of USSTRATCOM, their subordinate and supporting agencies, and component commands, as well as all support organizations and agencies, including Air Force Weather. These efforts include the ITW/AA, Global Strike (GS), Integrated Missile Defense (IMD), Information Operations (IO), global C4ISR, strategic war planning and execution, strategic analysis and assessments, Space Control, Space Support, Force Enhancement, and Force Applications mission areas. Support shall include all USSTRATCOM related systems such as: the Strategic War Planning Systems (SWPS); USSTRATCOM C2 systems, Command infrastructure: common-user and dedicated satellite control networks; the Space Surveillance Network; the Missile Warning Systems; current and future operational spacecraft programs; National/ Ballistic Missile Defense Systems; Computer Network Defense and Attack (CND/A); current and future commercial programs; a family of tactical space systems; national space systems; and space launch vehicles to include new generation expendable and reusable launch vehicles. This effort also addresses intelligence, intelligence-related, and information assurance systems. The areas of support are System Engineering, Sustainment, Survivability and Logistics; System Integration; System Certification and Testing; Intelligence Support; and Planning & Policy.

This contract vehicle may be used by any other Air Force/Army commands, DoD agencies, and other Government entities.
DIA SIA (SAIC)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a team member of SAIC, an SIA Prime.
This multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support the Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) program. The maximum dollar value for all task orders that can be awarded to prime contractors, including SAIC, under this five-year contract is $1 billion. Work may be performed at DIA locations nationally and overseas, and will be issued by DIA out of the Washington Metro area.
Under the contract, SAIC will support the DIA mission with services in areas including foreign cultures, regional dynamics, illicit drugs, infectious disease and health, and emerging and disruptive technologies to provide effective analysis for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
Army/INSCOM OMNIBUS 3 (MEP)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a team member of Mission Essential Personnel, LLC (MEP), an Omnibus 3 Prime.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). The maximum dollar value for all task orders that can be awarded to prime contractors, including MEP, under this five-year contract is $492.4 million.
INSCOM G3 acts as the operational focal point for the OMNIBUS III Contract.

Mission:
The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command conducts dominant world-class intelligence, security and information operations for military commanders and national decision-makers. INSCOM collects intelligence information in all intelligence disciplines. It also conducts a wide range of production activities, ranging from intelligence preparation of the environment to situation development, signal intelligence analysis, imagery exploitation, and scientific and technical intelligence production. INSCOM has major responsibilities in the areas of counterintelligence, force protection, electronic and information warfare, training, and force management. INSCOM is a global command with multiple major subordinate commands. The composition includes five brigades that support the needs of specific components or commanders in Theater. Eight additional units located worldwide provide tailored intelligence support. All reference to INSCOM includes its major subordinate commands and other subordinate units whether located in the United States or abroad.
DOJ ITSS IV (BAH)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a team member of Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), an DOJ ITSS IV Prime.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support the Department of Justice. This requirement provides support for large-scale systems integration acquisitions, and the integration, modification, and maintenance of current systems which will have significant impacts on future program needs in DOJ components. Since 1988 the DOJ has sought the services of the private sector to provide highly qualified and skilled individuals in all areas of Information Technology.
Army/CECOM Battle Command Development (BCD) (Raytheon)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a team member of Raytheon, an Army/CECOM Battle Command Prime.
This Battle Command family of products development acquisition effort will provide a contractual vehicle for providing development support across the maneuver, fire support, sustainment, strategic and operational C2 domains as well as the Battle Command common service-oriented software infrastructure and applications. Under this contract, the contractor will provide development and support pursuant to Task Orders. The contract period of performance extends through March, 2014.
The BCD contract can be used for efforts outside of BCD so long as it is related to the PM Battle Command mission and within the scope of the contract
What is the Scope:
- Software development of Battle Command products (consisting of systems, applications and service-oriented software) under a service-oriented architecture and network centric environment under the Army's approved migration plan
- Development to support functional and System of Systems requirements for BC products (interoperability, specific performance improvements, SoS requirements, specific user prioritized system needs);
- Maintenance of legacy product baselines in the transition period to a full service-oriented network centric architecture.
- Integration activities at the system level based on integration of system specific and SoS service-oriented software.

All current and future Battle Command products and service-oriented software are included in the scope of this effort. Army/AMCOM Express (Digiflight)

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) contract is a multiple award BPA program leveraging GSA schedules to provide comprehensive advisory and assistance services to the AMCOM Life Cycle Management Command, U.S. Army Program Executive Offices (PEOs), U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) and other customers.
The contract provides the full gamut of Advisory and Assistance Services for Team Redstone. GSA Schedule-based pricing is under four domains (Technical, Logistics, Programmatic, and Business and Analytical). Overall contract ceiling has been placed at $2B over contract period.

Army/CECOM R23G (Raytheon)

R2-3G is the U.S. Army Program Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command's follow on contract to the current Rapid Response (R2) contract. This is a multiple award IDIQ vehicle to provide critical equipment and engineering services to government system, platform and item managers worldwide. Any federal agency will be able to use the R2-3G contract and it will have a ceiling of $16.4B.
Team Raytheon's R2-3G Proposal was submitted in Aug 08 and after an extensive proposal delay, we were awarded a Prime position on 29 July 2010 with the first task Order RFP appearing in Sep 2010. The solicitation requirements are to "provide support in the areas of technology insertion, system integration/installation, fabrication/prototyping, testing/certification, studies/analyses, logistic support services, training and engineering support services, including re-engineering and reverse engineering, for a range of equipments and services."
